Reliable, local, and here to get the job done.
/ about us
Good electrical work isn’t just about flicking switches and running wires—it’s about trust. You want someone who knows what they’re doing, turns up when they say they will, and gets it done right the first time.
That’s what we do.
Shox Electrical is a family-run, Christchurch-based team that makes electrical work easy, stress-free, and built to last. Small fix or a big install, we’ll get it sorted with no fuss and no surprises.
Your Shox directors.

Shane Hogan
Director
I’ve been in the electrical trade 25 years through numerous countries. I settled in NZ 12 years ago and have never looked back. I love that we are a family-operated business and wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m passionate about what we do and will always give 100% with whatever project we’re involved in.
